Sometimes, somethings you do are like roller coaster days, except it isn’t a whole day it’s just like the loops of a roller coaster. So say you are playing a game with your friends and it’s all fun and happy until, someone starts to interrupt that game or change the rules, then it turns that whole fun feeling the other way around and quickly too.

So these loops in the part of the day, are what then forms your roller coaster day. One moment your like wee and the next you are  like arghhh!!

It just happens so quick, like the turns of a roller coaster.

I think this happens even more when you have Autism, but describing it this way makes it easier to understand physically, when it happens in real life to you.

Because sometimes I think my feelings are bit more emotionally than others, I feel things stronger than others would.

For me the best way to sort it out, is to go tell a trusted adult usually my mum and let some of those feelings out. It may help others to know they can also speak to a trusted adult, to make the loops a little less stressful for them.

But most importantly I just want to say, we all experience these times in our life, at least about once or twice. So you are not alone. ♥️
